Having seen the woman in that Pale Skin video I feel very, very fortunate that I don't have to use hardly any make up.
Seriously, if I was any more pale I'd be translucent.

Don't let people make you think bad of yourself, and that includes and starts with yourself.
Just reminds me that people can be horrible online. I bet she could walk down the street without makeup on and no one would say a word.
as far as pale goes, after trying to get a lot more sun, I'm now no2 shade in mac foundations, a lot of brads don't even make foundation pale enough :(
