During the last several month since I started HRT, I have experienced a loss of inches. The losses have occurred at my upper chest and waist and my hips have stayed the same. So why has the scale stayed the same? I wonder where I am stashing all of the weight. I would also mention that I probably get a lot of exercise as I am a yoga teacher who also has started taking ballet lessons, so I wonder if I am adding some muscle weight despite what I have heard about the effects of HRT.
