Hi Charlie...
First of all, Please contact the Trans Lifeline (I believe based in San Francisco) at (877) 565-8860. You can contact them through the web also (google for the website). This is critical if you are thinking about suicide. They can provide you with the resources you need right away to get through this crisis.
You can also contact TransGender San Francisco (google for link), which has a great number of resources local to you.
You are very fortunate to be in San Francisco. There are a great number of resources available to you.
Be strong!
Welcome to Susan's Charlie
First word is please don't self medicate, its dangerous! Please wait till you work with a Dr or Endo... you may need a Therapist to help you on the way too...
Please also take time to review our site usage guidelines, thankyou xx

Hi Honey and Welcome to Susan's
Please don't post dosages and please try and find a medic to help you. Hormones can have terrible side effects if you are not monitored properly.
Maybe one of the San Fran girls can help you.

i am so sorry for that.my english is not good :(
i want to ask..which board on susans i can go post then they can help me :(? support group :(?
Your english is good :).
You could have a look here :
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,129703.msg1027212.html#msg1027212
You could go to a lgbt center, for example from the link above, and ask for counseling there.
They might give you some counseling and some referrals to therapists and doctors/clinics.
This and the link there might help with self acceptance.
There is a hint to a brochure in the link stating being transgender has some biological connections.
So its nobodys fault, neither the transgender persons nor their upbringing or whatever.
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,188309.msg1674885.html#msg1674885
If you feel like it please reach out, you can also call one of the helplines, they also have a text chat:
you could call there, people are there to help and give advice (there are many others):
http://glnh.org/hotline/ (this is the national lgbt helpline)
http://translifeline.org
On susans, you can just continue asking here...
and there is also a chat, given to the right of the page...
where you might ask some questions concerning transition...
hugs

Charlie you are able to post wherever you need....
Laura has helped with some specific links for you as a direct response for you... Also if you start a topic and its not where you want it, or its does not seem to be in the right place to gain the best response for you we can relocate the topic for you.
The only thing I will caution you with we do not talk dosages on this site and we do not condone self medication either, its that way to protect all folks on this site, to protect users and Susan and staff from any legal ramifications. I do hope you understand that... thanks
And please use the help lines that have been suggested by Cindy, Laura and Sigyn xx
hugs

Hi Charlie, welcome to Susan's. A doctor would be able to tell how well your body is responding to them. However, hormones due take awhile to do much of anything and everything varys from person to person. I look forward to seeing you around the forums. Good luck and Hugs
