Who among the Thai surgeon is the best in INTERNAL VAGINAL SENSATION during intercourse and vaginal deepening in case of initial depth failure. I am NOT talking of CLITORIS SENSATION but internal vaginal sensation during intercourse. I have almost no depth and no internal sensation. (only clitoral sensation) I need a serious revision but dunno with whom to go this time.

Cisgender women have very little sensation inside. My understanding is that if our surgeries are done properly, we should have very little as well. All the nerve endings should be moved to the clitoral area.

Wow then my friend of UK who went with Thomas should be a Goddess of Sex cos she pretends she has excellent vaginal sensation inside and say she even orgasm INTERNALLY. :o
This is just an example:
phuket-plasticsurgery.com/P-PS-post-procedure.html
phuket-plasticsurgery.com/fees.html
get yourself informed on the surgeons.
The procedure is not without risk. Get informed about it and ask around.
You might ask other surgeons, its just a few emails, about procedures, their experiences, fees etc.
And as said before you might use an estrogen cream to dilate, which might soften the vagina so it becomes like a cis vagina, more stretchable.
So another procedure might not be necessary.

Some surgeons create a p/gspot from the former prostate, where in cis girls the gspot is (a few cm inside of the vagina, to the front).
The p/gspot is connected to the nerves via another pathway than the clit.
So feelings there might be different, and lead to orgasm.

Well you should have one of those spots already.
According to this posting:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,40229.msg262856.html#msg262856
Just try to reach inside of your vagina, with a lubed finger, applying some pressure...
in a come hither motion, in your vagina towards the belly.
You might try different spots... reaching in deeper, or not so deep... a few cm inside is usual...
it might be additionally helpful if aroused...
There are different motions possible... deeply pressed... rubbing... rhythmically stroking...
just try...
Well others might be interested if there can be some kind of internal sensation found...
so if you find something it might be helpful to write a bit about it...

This is interesting it's like going hunting to find something lol. That's cool however it'll be utterly useless cos only 3inch of my vagina is useless. Anyways I'll go find it later tonight. Thanks a lot!

wish you fun exploring :)
First, I second the fact that cis women have very little internal sensation. (Current theory is that the "vaginal orgasm" is because the roots of the clitoris run much deeper than the surface and surround much of the vaginal opening - so it's possible to stimulate the clitoris from the inside, as well.) Secondly, unfortunately, sensation requires nerves... if those were discarded in the original operation, they cannot be regained.
Thirdly, cis women who report a G-spot are likely experiencing stimulation of what some doctors now call the "female prostate"; it's the same gland with the same functions, but underdeveloped. Since the prostate is located in a spot that makes removal very fiddly and risky, most GRS surgeons do leave it in place (so it's not so much that they "create" a G-spot as that they don't mess with the prostate, and again, that's most of them doing this), and that place is equivalent vaginally to the cis G-spot. So the prostate *is* the G-spot for us post-op women, literally and technically. (It should also only be about an inch or so inside, so anyone with merely about that much depth ought to be able to find it.)

hey sweetie, didnt find anything however i think it's getting somehow elastic inside while fingering myself...what's that cream u said we should use to gain more depth and elasticity?
I am sorry to suggest but I have been thinking about your experience about having a cosmetic vagina only and the distress it is causing you. I guess something was preventing the doctor to achieve more depth. Otherwise he would have given you more depth. So if the problem is scar tissue around the prostate isn't it better off going to an urological surgeon who also does srs for a deepening. Have you contacted any of those doctors?

Premarin cream. In the states it's by prescription and I am not sure if it will help with depth but it helps convert the tissue to vaginal tissue and helps in self lubrication. I suspect the hormones you normally take do help in the conversion but this stuff speeds up the process. It is messy so pick up a supply of pads to soak up the drip.

Were you kind of turned on while looking ? :)
Your hunt should be successful :)
Concerning the cream, estrogen cream by recipe from a doc or gyn...
otc products usually don't have enough estro inside...
another member found out using premarin left kind of a smell so you might go with an estrogen cream...
its supposed to soften the vagina and help turn into a mucosa...
its not necessary to use it all the time but maybe for a while and then from time to time...
dilation with coconut oil might help also...
the oil has small molecules and can be absorbed and help with softness...
just be careful with latex condoms then... use non latex condoms which are oil resistant...

Its explained here:

in the first sentence....
Hello, CIS woman here. Most woman feel very little inside the vagina. We have a G spot which feels awesome if found but most women do not orgasm internally. Its usually through oral or stimulation of the clit.
Also prostate removal is a huge surgery. It changes the whole bathroom habits of he person, incontinence is huge and the person has to learn to pee again and it takes months. I cannot imagine any surgeon would remove it. It shrinks down to almost nothing anyways after HRT

To orgasm internally many need a few things to be able to do it:
-being really turned on. If not aroused many have difficulties finding the g/pspot
-possibly having a clitoral orgasm before
-not holding in, just letting go. To help its possible to use the toilet beforehand so the bladder is empty.
here is an explanation... this one is explicit... but its a conscise explanation...

Yes thats why most post op mtf people have a g/pspot.
Its also connected via a seperate neuronal pathway, like the clit, so exploration should be a deepening of pleasure.
My friend told me U.K surgeons know how to make a girl orgasm by internal vaginal stimulation cos they are UROLOGISTS and know well the internal tissues while Thai SRS surgeon hammer and kill the organs inside and that's why its dead inside.

Well usually surgeons do not touch the prostate.
Here its explained:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,40229.msg262402.html#msg262402
The prostate surrounds the urethra. So all should be ok there.
Like in cis girls its not simply a matter of pushing a button.
-its necessary to be really aroused, maybe even having a clitoral orgasm before.
-there might be different spots where its pleasurable, and different techniques... rubbing motions, pressing motions, come hither motions with a finger. Some people can take some pressure there.
Its supposed to be a few cm inside of the vagina, on the upper side towards the belly, in the direction of the urethra.

There is a little truth in this, in that Thomas, the main practicing surgeon is an urologist and I believe the other two are also. They do usea pi method, which retains sensation inside as the skin used, used to be the skin on the penis.
The truth about the rest of it, prostate, orgasm from here and there, is that it's much more complicated than any of the descriptions you see here and it really isn't understood beyond that fact that we acknowledge we don't properly understand it. There are factors such as prostate, skin sensation, clitoral sensation, etc. But really orgasm happen inside the mind and there are techniques for both orgasming without contact and relocation of erogenous zones (developed for people with paralysis who cannot use their primary erogenous zone anymore). In fact this seems to be related to the process that Freud talks about in his three essays on sexuality (i can't believe I am referencing such a poor scientist) whereby phenotypical women who are vaginally orgasmic have relocated their erogenous zones from the initial focus of the the clitoris.
If you want vaginal orgasms, experiment with sensation, practice 'thinking off' and look into relocation of erogenous zones.

I had SRS with Dr Suporn. I am completely orgasmic both externally and internally, very sensitive inside (obviously, as I can get vaginal orgasms), and I get extremely wet too. There will be women who say this isn't true bla bla, but it is. I don't have vaginal orgasms every time (in fact it's been way too long since my last one) but I do know this: they are nothing, NOtHING like clitoral orgasms. They are far superior. It's unlike anything I've ever felt. All of my cis friends who get them agree. I don't know if all Suporn patients experience the same orgasmic capabilites and can get as wet as me, but I definitely have no regrets.

From the link above:
"The prostate is made with tissue that is analogous to the tissue that makes up the natal female G-spot. Also although the prostate does not move during surgery, just about everthing else does. As a result the prostate is more forward than you think. The prostate surrounds the urethra just below the bladder.
Q: Post-op gals where does your urethra emerge, where do you pee from?
A: The urinary opening is in front or anterior to the vagina!
What does that mean? That means it's located almost exactly where a G-spot in a natal female would be.
That said, just like the general population, there is a wide variety as far as G-spot functionality. For some it's super sensative and for others less so. Translation: IMO It doesn't matter who the surgeon is, your prostate/G-spot is sensitive or it isn't. "
Like I said:
