Title: Came out to parents

So I did it. I came out to my parents on Friday.

Yay, that's the only ppl who do not know about me but I composed a letter to my father.  Work is going easier.  I too am 26 starting my transition.

my parents will probably be a little upset that they were almost the last to know, but it went better than I thought it would.

Congratulations! It's fantastic to read that they took it well. I admire you for coming out to your parents at this stage in your transition. It is quite an accomplishment. :)
