I know it's probably been answered here somewhere, but I figure I ought to ask here in my own words.
Now I've been part of other cross dressing related sites, but they were the worst kind, I found out when I asked this question. So I'm hoping I find good answers here... here goes;
Does anyone have any suggestions on Tucking? Like to make yourself pretty much unnoticeable? It's a problem I face, I do know how to tuck, but I just want less visibility to pull off that "I'm a woman" look rather than the "I'm a crossdresser
By the way.... the other forum I asked this on, was dedicated to crossdressers, and I got replies like "Live the best of both worlds,"... "let it fly" ... "sweetie, if you got it... flaunt it"

i use a waist cincher to flatten me totally.
The Susan's Wiki has an excellent entry on tucking and describes one of the better techniques. There is no universal best tucking method though. The best method tends to vary according to your body, personal preference and the clothing you wish to wear. Some people like taping and others do not. Most long-term tuckers I know find a a couple of good compromise solutions that work for them.
My favorite methods are the Susan's Wiki pantihose method and just wearing snug panties after tucking. I've got some tight fitting long-style control panties that hold things tucked very well. I've even got a pair of jeans with built-in panties that control things. Some folks layer two pairs of tighter-fitting regular panties.
One thing many of us do is to try and wear garments that minimize the need for tucking. My friend Barbie often wears short pleated skirts with enough width that she doesn't always need to tuck. If you insist on wearing visible tights or skinny jeans, though, you're going to need to work on it a bit.
Basically, we all have to experiment with all the common methods and choose what works for us. There are dozens of threads on tucking in this forum if you search around. Here's a start:

I've never tucked . I really see no need for it for myself unless I wanted to wear a bikini. Pantie and panty hose or body shaping girdle works just fine . Wearing dresses there is no need.

Well all at your own risk... tucking too long or too tight might not be healthy...
I have tucked now for over 20 years. It can be painful at first to push your tentacle's up into the sockets they dropped from, but after time that diminishes completely. As others have suggested a snug panty or pantyhose is all I need now to hide any maleness.
I do use a strip of surgical tape to wrap the empty scrotum skin around the shaft so I can hide the whole thing between my legs.

I've always said "I'm hung like a bull mouse."
So tucking isn't that hard for me, However, due to a bad surfing accident when I was younger, the rest of the external equipment is full of scar tissue and who knows what. When I was 17, I couldn't convince my mother to sign the paper to have them removed, but that's water under the bridge. I've had to deal with low T in my life since then.
In any case, whatever is in my scrotal sac is too big to put into my pelvic cavity, so I'm not sure how I would tuck those away.
I'm not at all dysphoric about my genitals, but when my clothes are on, I want to look femme, so I put a very small amount of effort into tucking. I can't push the kids up inside, so I push the penis between the testes, pull on my panties, and I'm good to go. If you watch me pee, you wouldn't even realize I was tucking when I went to pull my pants back on.
If I do this for too many days, or it's been too long since my last orgasm, I start to ache, so I take a day off and wear looser pants & undies. I don't like how I look in some skirts... but that's true of any woman! I'd love to wear pencil minis... but really, it ain't cute, so I don't. I might go for an orchi eventually, but for now, I work with what I've got.
