If you were inserting anything, that's probably normal. A few cis women that I've slept with have bled from penetration, and not due to their periods. Generally due to dryness or mild trauma to the cervix, or even the hymen ripping.

Agree with Aero. Nothing to be worried about and pretty normal. Go pee, take a shower, and it should be all done. You may have some residual soreness.
