Title: HRT requirements in MI help!!

Does anyone know if the state of MI requires a letter referral to start HRT? I'm getting different answers all over. Thanks.

It simply depends on the doc/endo/clinic.
There are some who want a letter from a counselor.

Others are on informed consent.
