Honestly don't know where to put this, but basically I am a ftm with a pretty big chest (42 F) and I'm finding it to be rather hard finding the right kind of binder. Most don't come in my size, or are more than I can afford.
Any idea's on where to look? Or what to get that would actually help? (And yes I've checked Underworks, the highest they go is D)
Hi DevylishCat, fixed that for ya! >:-) We spell it with a "Y" around here! Welcome to Susan's Place. Someone will have some advice for you, binders are out of my realm. See you around the site!
Hugs,Devlyn

I'm a big advocate for gc2b binders. I've heard good reviews that it works the best for bigger chested guys (I'm not as big as you so can't give you a personal review for that) plus it's very comfy to wear and doesn't crush your ribs. Just make sure to measure yourself accurately as their measurements are precise. And welcome to the site :)
I'm also recommending gc2b. I have one of theirs and it's super comfy, they have all sorts of sizes.

Would it be better to get exactly the right size, one size up or one size down? In my search for binders I have found people who say all three for different things, and I don't want to spend that much money and not get the right one
If you're in between sizes then I'm not sure, sorry. I decided to go for the next size up to make sure it wouldn't be too tight but it ended up being too big so had to exchange it for the next size down. You could ask them if you're not too sure, they have very good customer service and make it easy to exchange binders. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
If you're in between sizes I'd say go with the bigger, but if you're not in between you should probably get the correct size according to their chart.
Measure once. Measure again. Then have a friend measure for you :) Nothing is worse than ordering a binder and having it arrive in the wrong size.
If you're between sizes, always go up a size for your comfort. You can add some layers to achieve flatness.
I've only ever owned Underworks, so I can't speak to GC2B's sizing. When in doubt, send the company your measurements and get their feedback. That's why they employ people in a customer service capacity.
