I want to get my name changed for my birthday in a month and a half. Is that realistic? Probably not. I live in Oklahoma and I looked up the requirements in oklahoma and I'm pretty sure i cant do all that in a month. could i drive outside of oklahoma and get it changed easier? like in california or something?

It varies by state but generally, no, you will not be able to change your name legally in a month. And it has to be done in the state which you reside. Where I am in PA it took a month just for my court date to come around. Then I had to go the DMV, Social Security office, etc. From start to finish I think it took close to 3 months for me.
Here's what we have in the Wiki:
