Post surgically your body produces a very low level of male hormones. They help you enjoy sex but they won't make your body masculine. This also happens in CIS women so don't worry about it.
Cis women have some testosterone (and cis men have some estrogen) produced by the ovaries and the adrenal glands. Post-op we also have T produced by the adrenal glands - but since we *don't* have ovaries, it tends to be less even than cis women have - which is normal and necessary for things like energy, immune system, and libido. I don't think orgasm is going to affect the overall levels very much at all; it doesn't change much PRE-op, and post-op there's so little circulating T that it's not going to be a real difference. I wouldn't worry about it. :)
After srs your endocrine system works differently...
there is no more testo produced by the gonads...
and no possible slight rush produced during an orgasm...

Testo is also produced by some glands...
and a certain level may be necessary for overall drive and in some people orgasmic capabilities...
there are hormone treatments for menopausal cis women for example...

Concerning sperm
well priority is stay safe... use condoms unless you and your partner are both healthy and in a commited long term relationship...
well there are studies showing that there are a few ingredients in sperm which might benefit women...
and testo is not included there in larger amounts...
well quite a few people find it even desirable...
