I don't see Hannibal on there! I haven't gotten into a show as deeply and passionately as Hannibal for about ten years! To my horror it was cancelled before the 4th season, but forever will it remain as my favorite crime-related show of all time.
Sorry I don't really know Hannibal as I haven't seen it here in Oz!. Vote it on Others.

How to Get Away with Murder
For me, first season of True Detective is best crime drama that was ever made. Im also quite obsessed with Bloodline, but thats maybe little less crime, and more character drama... 8 more... I will have to sleep on that, and write tomorrow...
Life on Mars, the original series. Really enjoyed it.
Big fan of Waking the Dead, Trevor Eve's pretty hot & they had some dark & gripping storylines. My favourites were the one with 2 bodies found in an old cement factory & the one with a dead skinhead in a car park about to be demolished.
Scott & Bailey which has also sadly finished
Happy Valley was excellent, a chilling moment was Shirley Henderson surrounded in her "shrine" with pictures of Jesus & the evil Tommy making a petrol bomb while having beans on toast

Ah! I forgot about Happy Valley! Add that to my list, I love that show!
