I haven't dated in a long time for a boat load of reasons , but I think my time is approaching. I'm getting more confident the estrogen is doing it's job. I have a definite plan for when I'm ready to enter the game. I was sitting outside today at my favorite coffee place just randomly eyeballing all the pedestrians . This guy around my age had parked his car and walked to a store. I looked at him and thought interesting. I'm usually not into guys close to my age because they usually look pretty beat up like I did a couple of years ago. well. he came back to his car and turned to get in and saw me and smiled and I realized he looked pretty good. I think the estrogen is helping me reawaken . Has anyone been helped by estrogen to see more positively about relationships. I know two years ago the roads were closed , now they seemed to have rebuilt themselves.
I always assumed that guys looking and smiling at me were clocking me but it turns out that may have been incorrect.
I have noticed I smile at people more just because I am happier and more comfortable with myself and people tend to smile back, is like yawning it's contagious :-)
Plus people like attention if your looking at them in a friendly way they may just be excited a woman is paying attention to them.

women seem to be smiling a lot more too. I'll walk around in the street or stores and pass some woman at any age and where at pre transition the likelihood would be that are eyes would not meet , but now it seems so totally different. The smiles do seem contagious.
Also remember many women avoid eye contact with men they don't know because many men see it as a invitation to be a creep. There brain tells them "she smiled at me clearly she is attracted to me and wants me I better go make a comment about her body."

yea, there has definitely been a big difference in how woman react to me. Some want to start up conversations like cashiers have been doing that a lot.
