Although I'm Pre-T and top surgery is a couple years off, I'm worried about my nipples. I have inverted nipples, and I'm a DD, so I'd be needing a double incision. Some with inverted nipples have theirs pop out when they're cold, but mine never have and would need to be surgically un-inverted. Does anybody have experience with this, and knows if they can un-invert my nipples and use that? Or would I just have to opt for medical tattoos?
This may seem like common sense, but I'm missing it: why do they need to be uninverted for top surgery?
I'm sure a surgeon could do it for you at the same time, but I'm not seeing the necessity? The surgeon cuts it off of your body, resizes it, and puts it back on in a more male location.
I think the surgeon could pretty easily alter them- but only if you wanted? It seems like most guys get their nips downsized anyway and all I have seen of inverted nipples seems to be a few minor fixes. I bet you could ask the doc how hard it would be. But if they don't bother you, it doesn't seem like a big deal!
I imagine it could add a little risk to losing sensitivity. For me, I want mine shorter and smaller overall, and i am totally willing to risk sensation loss or even losing the blasted things just to try getting them nice and tidy.
