So I finally decided to sign up. I've been lurking for quite a while (which is a bad habit of mine on most forums) but I figured if I signed up at least I can join in some of the discussions :)
So, introductions? Well, I'm Amy, I'm 28 for sunny Manchester UK (I jest, its never sunny), I'm 12 months into HRT. I'm a bit of a geek, I have a cat and I obsess over anything purple. Thats me in a nutshell!
I hopefully look forward to chatting with you all, assuming I get over my Terminal Lurker Syndrome!
Welcome to Susan's.
I have 3 cats and a dog, all rescued. I am a geek too.

Welcome to Susan's Place. This place will grow on you. About three months ago I found this site for a little information on voice surgery and the hung a moderator badge on me. Keep your eyes open or they might do the same to you ;D

Welcome Amy,
There are a few geek girls here, I'm one of them :)
I hope you enjoy our little community.
Hugs,
Sarah
Welcome!
No shame in lurking in the shadows, being our authentic selves is serious, risky business.
I guess I could be considered a geek, too. (No real guessing or doubt involved.) No pets at the moment. My Sweetie and I have specific, hard to meet requirements in a fur baby due to medical reasons. I'm the self appointed trans-philosopher and agony aunt. (Although many of us fill those two roles.)
I'm always willing to chat or be a bouncing wall for thoughts and ideas, either in threads or private messages (which you won't be able to do for a bit, yet.) I'm fond of parentheses.
I also dispense renowned hugs upon request, but you'll have to trust me on that.
Warm welcome to Susan's Amy
Big yay for signing up... best way of contributing, but understand the lurking bit :P
Ahh Manchester... changed a bit since I last passed that way (over 30 odd years ago :o) well welcome and I look forward to seeing you around the forum's

As you can probably tell I had no idea what to put it my introduction so just rambled a bit. I never know what to put in them!
Hi Amy :icon_wave:, welcome to susan's. Love your lurking Syndrome, I know I was member of that club before joining too. Sees cats are a common theme. I have 2 of them. Congrats on the year of HRT. My 1 year point is just a couple days away. I love purple too. Anyway your among friends now and I look forward to seeing you around the forums. Good luck and Hugs
