Title: Let Us Raise A Glass To Nero
Post by: V M on September 17, 2015, 07:38:15 AM
Because I prefer to remember him for his life and all he gave of himself to forums and to all of us who knew him...

I propose a toast to our dear friend Nero and invite all to join in

LONG LIVE
NERO!!!

It does depress me that the number of people here who remember Nero are dwindling. I guess that's the way life is.

For those who don't remember, he was a forum administrator here for a number of years who was always willing to lend his heart or his ear to someone who needed him.

I miss you, my friend.

I miss you my friend.

I emailed Nero's Mum, Lorraine, to make sure she was OK.

I will let her know that his friends are certainly gathering around

She sent me this poem that she wrote for Nero's birthday.

Written To my son on his birthday 9/17/2015

Do they celebrate birthdays in Heaven?
Will your family and friends gather round?
Will Jesus tell you you're wonderful he's glad that you were born?
Are there rewards for a beautiful heart;
for leaving way too soon?
I hope there is a party, a shower of love and grace.
To give you needed comfort
when you see the tears on your mother's face.
