The face and body type are feminine but it's not clear from the picture is you are wearing makeup. If not, that would help. The other improvement would be to wear your hair over your forehead more. With those two changes I think you will not only pass but could be attractive.
I was wearing a bit of makeup. I tend to find nomatter what I wear and how I do my hair I get people assuming im male. Do you think thats more of a problem with something not based around my appearance? Such as my deep voice for example or maybe my movement.
I could try wearing my hair over my fringe, but it tends to not be very long as I have a big forehead.
Thanks for response.
I think you look passable now. So it must be something else and if you speak with a deep voice that's bound to be the problem.

Presentation is just as important to passing as "how you look". By presentation I mean clothes, accessories, jewellery and anything that contributes to the sense of you as a woman (voice, posture, body language, personality, walk, etc). Now this doesn't mean you have to go all out fem - pink dresses, swishy handbags, a ton of makeup, hoop earrings, an exaggerated sashay - but small touches help. I remember that one thing I really wanted was to be able to pass when wearing jeans. When I first tried to transition the 1990s I "failed" at that every time, much to my frustration. What I wasn't really taking into consideration was that I was still wearing guy's jeans, and nothing about my appearance or hair or presentation said female. Maybe had I been a foot shorter it would have worked but if you're working against a particularly "cliche" male physical feature then some extra work is going to be needed. I watched what other women did with their appearance and learned from that. Even when they were dressing in more traditionally male clothing there were still plenty of feminine pointers in their presentation. These days I can pass easily in jeans due to small touches that say female.
Looking Good Felicity, and like others have said work on the little things that make the big differences. Also work on confidence, women have a certain air of confidence about them that shows.
Ms Grace, There will be no good for Felicity to watch the women round here, i have and most seem to walk like the blokes, lol , In town at the weekend and i was one of the only people with a feminine walk.
