Yes, I was also worried that I wouldn't get orgasm. I expected that I would get my first orgasm after a year. But when I got home from SRS I noticed how sensitive my clitoris was, so I thought that I was able to get orgasm pretty soon. But I wanted to let it heal before I started to explore.
I know that there was a girl who got her first orgasm after less than one month of her SRS. But there is sadly some who can't get orgasm years after their SRS.

Well its a combination so there might be a few causes:
-estrogen and possibly testosterone high enough, maybe even complimented by bioidentical progesterone,
-meds against depression can have an influence. Known meds with that cause might be switched.
-getting into the mood, relaxing,
-the right stimulation.
And there are people who say magic wand like stimulators are the closest to throwing a switch and having an o...
they are powerful, all at your own risk... many use a cloth in between...
for many its not comprehensible but they are more powerful than battery operated smaller ones...

Congratulations and agreed 100%!!! I should qualify my agreement though by noting I've already achieved this 'level' even though I am pre-op. It's something that cropped up or evolved in me somewhere along the way from HRT combined with a lot of prior experimentation. The experience is far beyond what I ever could have expected/imagined/dreamed was possible.

Given the power of what I've experienced with orgasm already while pre-op I'm actually more afraid that post-op orgasms may quite literally become
too strong for me. I've had orgasms that ran out of control to the point where I've had too much pain or developed muscle cramps afterward purely from the intensity of the muscle contractions throughout my body. I've also damaged my throat a few times from the straining and shouting when I really get lost in the moment.
The famous quotation "With great power comes great responsibility" comes to mind. Enjoy, gentle Snöfrost, but don't underestimate the strength of your new-found power!
