I know for most this isn't a big issue but for me it is. I usually will wear panties for a couple days and then stop and will have a few weeks or perhaps a month without wearing them.
Recently I started to wear them more and have been wearing everyday for the last three weeks and I love it. It's not sexual nor is it exciting except getting close to being femme. I have a variety of panties and I just recently got a g string that I love and didn't realize that I really enjoy them.
Just to give you some feedback...
I must dress female everyday, the amount varies. I have a day life that requires my male dress, etc, otherwise I cease to exist on earth, I'm not there yet...
I'm over the top effeminate... Because I'm Transgender... So to keep myself in check, I dress fem whenever possible.
Yesterday,, off to therapist in city 45m away, I pushed the envelope by wearing breast out.. My therapist was kinda not ready... He's not a Gender Therapist, so I think it's difficult as he's not a expert in dealing with gender therapy, I adore him otherwise
I did find it slightly weird as I walked the sidewalks and "society" tried to make sence of me..
They (society) can't! They weren't born Transgender, I must accept this and I do.
Good line; "I'm not trapped in my body, I'm in other people's perceptions of my body"
I just ordered some new clothes from VS, I have my own Angel Card and I'm all in
Ramp it up, and be happy!

Sandy You can buy here crop top type bra's for young women without anything to show. The feel exactly like a bra and feel great. I bought 3 for $12 in a pack from the local Target store. Because of the way they are designed they are pretty much un-detectable under a dark coloured t-shirts and not noticeable at all under a jumper. If you love the fem feeling of the knickers then try these crop tops...I bet you will love them...haven't gone a day since I bought them without wearing them. Can't wait to be able to fill out a proper one.

My usual wear is girls skinny jeans which so far no one really notices or cares. Or of they do which only a handful of people actually mention it, I tell them it fits, its comfy and its me. And female v neck shirts, which is mainly really casual. And even so visually with bra straps showing sometimes, and then the obvious contours of breasts that I do have (even though I am pre everything, just body shape is lucky for me I suppose). I am still gendered as male most of the time.
Even as I wear female style dickies for work, as well as, the tops that I do have I wear in a more feminine style, if it comes down to having my button up on.
Undergarments are a good thing to go by to go under the radar for not solely expressing female as that really wont set off alarms from people. As long as you don't go decked out in a dress or skirt, female clothes wise you can still pass as male clothes I suppose in some way as jeans and some of the tops.
