I was transitioning without my parent consent but they caught me and threatening to kill and imprision and police. I m not able to do anything. They stopped all my medicines an hormones. I feel heavily anxious and not even allowed to cry or say anything for cover up. They have few people in police dept they use to threAten me. Please help. So called uncle will be here soon to get me to couselling /psychiatrrist (4th psychiaterist). They also plan to file police complain against my friends an doctor so as to leave me jobless and alone. I work in noida 125 hcl and live in new ashok nagar india. I am financially down and under survillence so i cannot contact lawyer and police help. Please help or suggest. I m dying. If i stay this way i will die. I dont want to go back.

I'm very sorry to hear this is happening to you. It's hard for me to give you specific legal advice since I don't know what laws you are up against in India. I presume that being transgender isn't "illegal" and neither is transition, but I could be wrong. That would be the first thing I'd look into. If it is not illegal then I doubt your parents would have much luck with the police or a law suit, unless of course the police and legal system are totally corrupt. I see from one of your earlier posts that you are 24 years old, so presumably you are legally an adult, is there any way that you can remove yourself from your parents and their influence and still remain safe?
sorry your having this problem. The legal age of majority in India is 18 , so you should have legal avenues to take to protect your rights. They also past the third gender law so legally you should be able to receive help from the government.
Yes I also saw the news about them passing trans right law in India. May be you can try reach out to trans support or trans activist group. I'm not really sure is there available in your city or not. But I pretty sure there are some active groups in India.

eventually it sorted out partially. i discussed my situation with my friends and got to call police .police came and gave them warning.on second day my uncle arrived and threatened me again .again i had to call police. that idiots were synonymous with my parents and pressurised me to subside matter .when i told that i am not safe with them they asked me to spend night at police station or at any friends home. i spent the in my office. fortunately they decided to leave with anger and asked me for seperation and left.
even though they still pressurize on phone and emotionally blackmail.bu nyway i told them i m free.
btw my office mates welcomed my new identity.soon within a month or so when facial laser is complete i am switching to full time transition.<discarded most male outfits gave me relief> .thanks 4 all urs support. i look forward to the new me ::)
