Title: Butt binders?
Post by: makipu on October 16, 2015, 12:07:41 PM
Having my behind stick out truly disgust me...
I don't know if there are any butt binders out there and if they are just as painful as the chest binders?
Anyone have any experiences or suggestions?

Well there are body-shaping underwear, but they are usually a women's product and wearing one may not be ideal therefore.

The best thing to do I figure is to monitor your diet, exercise the right muscles and try to lower your bodyfat %age, or perhaps taking T long term will help with redistribution of the fat to a male pattern.

You could try compression shorts in a size smaller than what you would comfortably wear. I wore those under my pants for a while to make my hips not so noticeable.

I don't know how comfortable it is but Underworks makes something called a 'Hip Buster and Butt Trimmer Brief' that is supposed to work good. It looks like boxer briefs.

I am already thin enough and usually too depressed to even eat properly but it's true that I do need exercise because I don't do it regularly due to constantly being in a bad mood. I don't think I will be going back to T again either. When I was on it, it didn't even give me fat redistribution.
Anyways, I  checked the Underworks one and it seems good according to the reviews but I am just afraid if it will be too uncomfortable like the chest binder and not to mention it's a bit expensive to test it out if it doesn't work out.  I'll check compression shorts at my local stores for the time being I guess. Thank you:)

Hi boy, you could look for a stretcher. Those are boxershorts that shut the butt down. They sell them on AlixExpress I believe.

Why don't I have such a booty butt :( Believe me, being the opposite of you ( M2F ) I would do a murder for a voluminous butt

If you do decide at some point to take up regular exercise, shoulder and upper body exercises may increase your muscle mass up there, as well as fill out the waist/above ribs area, making your butt look less big in comparison.

Butts in women may not be large per se but "appear" larger because the waist and upper body looks smaller and thinner than it does on men. You can alter that with an exercise regime. Women who bodybuild also lose their waist-hip ratio that makes their butts look bigger.
