Title: Easily Aggravated?
Post by: Alexander_Reese on October 19, 2015, 11:54:05 PM
I started T almost 1 month ago. I have my shot every other week. I have noticed that the past few days I have been a lot more irritable and moody than normal. I have only a couple days until my next shot. Because it is so early on for me  I am curious as to whether that is because my level of T has gone down or if it is because of the normal stress that happens?

It could be just your body adjusting or it could be that your levels are low right before your next shot. I felt more easily irritated the last few days before my shot when I was on every other week injections as well. It wasn't disruptive to my relationships or anything and not really like mood swings, just in general I felt more sensitive than normal. I switched to weekly injections and haven't experienced that since. You may discuss going to weekly injections with your doctor if it continues to bother you.

The weekly injections tend to give you lower highs and higher lows than every other week injections.
