Her voice is deep but also very feminine do you think is it possible to achieve a voice like that by exercises or Voice feminization surgery?
You'll never, ever, EVER sound like anyone else but you. Can you sound more feminine? Absolutely. Can you sound like someone else? Nope. Never. And they can never sound like you.
I've been working on my voice a little in the car and the garage when no one is home! it sounds too high pitched to me at the moment and I'm unsure if thats something to expect(it sounding to high pitched) or just something that i should not necessarily get "used" to but maybe improve upon.

The trick to a low female sounding voice is inflection. That is the accent and larger frequency range a female voice covers. Most men when they go through puberty, their voice goes flat losing the excitement that is in a female voice. To a woman it come naturally but you can be trained to develop it and it can become your natural speaking style. Even if you have surgery, you need to have this or your voice will sound like a make with a very high pitched voice. One way to develop it is to allow the pitch to rise when you are speak in a louder voice. Softness and breathiness also contribute the the feminine feel of a voice. Mostly you need to start listing to women when they speak and pick the quality of their voice that you like and work on duplicating it.
