Title: Intimacy post phalloplasty
Post by: bwr on October 28, 2015, 03:06:52 PM
My boyfriend is scheduled for a phalloplasty next year.  We were both curious about intimacy post surgery, specifically for the partner at the receiving end.  Any experiences out there or resources you could recommend to us?  Most info we come across is specifically medically related to the surgeries itself.

Well first you already know the healing process is long.  How he can use his penis will depend on whether his has the erection device put in.

Yes, he is planning on the devise. Without trying to be rude or triggering, we're wondering if it's comparable to sex with cis men and/or equally pleasurable for the partner. As a side note, I personally do not like the feel of prosthetics, so we are looking forward to surgery.  Actually, this was his question because I think he is nervous. I am happy with being as close to him as possible regardless of his anatomy.

Hi,
I just had my last stage of phalloplasty, post op 5months.
Using the semi rigid implant. For info sensation is super good, i did the RFF method. But havent done the penetration yet, manual said to wait for 6mths, doctor said 12months, i'm going for the doc advice though.
Anyway curious too for info in the penetration part.

Thanks
