Title: hormone blockers?
Post by: animalover9 on November 09, 2015, 02:58:21 PM
I have a couple of questions about hormonal blockers, strictly for the blockage of estrogen.

I'm 16 at the moment, and if I were to take these for say (a month) what exactly are the effects that will begin to occur? I know height might change and the time of the month might lighten, but I don't really know the full extent of what estrogen blockers will do and if they will last.

Do I have to continually take them to keep with the progress they start or will it be set in stone after a long period of time?

Do i have to go to a doctor or could I order them off of something like Amazon or shop for them at a RiteAid/CVS?

Are there negative side effects and could I be at risk for something as awful as ovarian cancer?

Should I not take them if I'm unsure if I am FTM?

Will the effects go away if I stop taking them?

Are there brands more efficient than others? And can I take the ones meant for cis-men?

I'm going to continue to search and do my own research, but I'd love to hear from any of yous about this!!
