It will all be fine. By the time you know it , it will be over and you will be looking forward to the next session.  You will probably find that every time you have a big milestone the hype and anxiety before will be far worse and unfounded than the event itself. Relax and enjoy the ride!

had my session today.

he asked me all types of question form my past and he said i have a social and mild case of  anxiety and a mild but slow case of depression.

but he want to talk more about my gender identity issues and sort out if i want to transition ( MTF ) or not.

right now the answer is " YES "

been waiting so long.

he also said i should work out more to get a chemical in the brain to stop my depression but slow it down.

thank you all for you support
