So I'd like to know if gynecomastia has lead anybody (else) into transitioning.
I don't know. I had it pretty much but I don't know if it specifically led me to transition. My T level has been low all my life though, which may lead me to believe I have some sort of intersex condition. Not that it matters. I'm here now and I'm not going back.
Nope,I do like my b cup though,never got bigger then a b.but as for transition nope for I already have a woman's body with a male appendage.
It wasn't the reason I wanted to transition. I had clues as far back as I can remember, but didn't put them together until I was 12. It is nice now. Not so much when I was in school. I started changing in a bathroom stall to avoid the Boys' locker room.
Though I've always been a bit gynocomastic, I don't see that as having any bearing on my desire to transition. Nor any of the other 'female' features I have.
Even today, after a good 6 years on HRT and a nice B cup I easily live and present as male. With how I dress you'd have to know to even see something to suspect

I was a C-D before any HRT. I always wanted to get them cut off but when I got insurance coverage to do it, I found I couldn't. That weighed heavily on my mind......

Well thats how it happened to me. I developed breasts about age 13. By age 16 I was a c cup and could wear my mother's bras. She was thrilled and made every effort to encourage my female features. I lived and worked as a male binding my breasts before I went out- this being a time before binders were available. Finally at age 50, I decided to come out as a woman and have been happy since. I wonder if anyone else has followed that course.EAUACV
I had this going on from late teens to early 20s and i grew to a large A, small B. I made some effort to conceal them for sports etc. After HRT in just several months, i am now a C
It is hard to say it influenced me though, i always felt feminine even when i was actively engaged in traditional masculine things. Did i have lower T levels that contributed to all of this? possibly.
I never had any gynecomastia at all and still turned trans.

I certainly hope not! "Transitioning", especially if it involves drugs or surgery is a major life changing situation that should only be undergone if you are certain you should be a different gender than that of your birth. This is not a fashion statement where you just go with whatever seems to suit your figure. It's generally much easier to change a gynecomastic male to look more like other males than it is for a genetic male to become of woman. The only reason anyone should ever "transition" is because the feeling originates inside you-- not just on your chest.
Lyric- As a 16 year old boy with C cup breasts, I had extraordinary confusion about my gender. Add to that a mother that celebrated my femininity and my new found attraction to boys, not girls. Its amazing that I spent so many years hiding my breasts and passing as male. So, my transition was not some casual notion but rather the result of life long thought.

Your one sentence original post only addressed the idea of gynescomastic alone leading to a need for gender change, which it does not. It sounds like you may have other factors going on with you as well that lead you toward a desire for gender change. You're the only person who can determine whether what you should do in this regard, of course. Good luck with it.
