Title: In need of a quick tip from a mtf :)
Post by: WhoAmIReally on November 18, 2015, 04:27:35 PM
So recently after happily coming out to my family, I have decided to buy some nicer underwear  and was wondering if any of you wonderful ladies have any tips to, well be able to wear smaller underwear and contain certain male properties, or anything you can use to make it less noticeable in general, thankyou  :)

Wearing shaping panties down and tucking is a tried and true way to conceal.

Here's what I do, which doesn't technically involve tucking, but then I started off on the small-side: I usually wear hipsters but I suppose it doesn't matter much as long as you have enough material in the middle for support. So I put them on but not all the way up, because before that I rotate my pelvis back (so just leaning forward a bit) until it's all between my legs and hanging there. Then I pull the front of the panties up and pull them back and up in the back. This not only makes them fit how they're supposed to, but also pulls everything up and back. I find it keeps everything pretty secure and not noticeable. May not work for everyone.. I imagine bigger packages might have to be secured with additional steps, especially if things start spilling over the side. But this is a quick and effective method for me which makes it easy to get in and out of the bathroom quickly and doesn't involve additional resources.

Buy good fitting undies, maybe go a size under, depending on how much you need to hide sometimes a very tight pair and normal pair on top may provide a better comfort level. Easy in winter, not so cool in summer tho  ::)

Before my 'little stowaway' shrank enough to be easy to hide I used to buy boi shorts, really comfy, good for holding a tuck and if you get the right ones there is little or no VPL.

Pre-op I found the most comfortable option with tucking to be 2 pair of underwear. I usually stuck to hipsters and bikinis.

I probably even wore yoga pants to yoga like that as well.....thinking back now, probably not the greatest idea but nobody ever said anything.

When I 1st started CDing, I wore boyshorts or hiphuggers. Thongs & some panties were embarrassing & impractical. After I got castrated as part of my HRT, I then would then start to wear panties. When I become a full girl (Apr '16) I doubt I will wear thongs. not sure why. :-\

I never tuck. It hurts too much. Besides, nobody's staring at my crotch. Actually, scratch that. Creepy guys do that sort of thing. But they're probably thinking, "that girl has a big clit!"

Scratch that, too. There probably isn't much going on in their lizard brains.

Edit: no offense was meant towards actual lizards. Y'all are adorable!
