So I have quite a bit of body dysphoria while I'm trying to sleep, This is due to:
1) when I'm lying down is blatantly obvious that I don't have breasts,
and
2) My "male member" likes to get out and stretch while I'm sleeping. Normally this isn't too much of a problem, but especially when I'm stirring early in the morning it can be an annoyance.
I've been wearing womens nightgowns/pyjamas exclusively since I accepted that I was trans*, so I was wondering if anybody else had any tips for dealing with this.
I don't have a great solution but you might wear woman's briefs under the night wear to help contain the misbehaving member.
Some time on hormones puts the little guy down.
Breasts are nice to have but you can't sleep on your stomach anymore. At least I can't.
I have some cotton panties a touch too big for day wear tucking purposes but perfect for bedtime. They keep that thing in place but are loose enough for comfort.

The big issue is, assuming I end up having "the little guy" turned into a girl, I'd want some stretching to occur.
It's funny how much the breast issue bothers me. Most of my life I focused on what was between my legs, and now I want the whole package. (No pun intended)
