Too dark and I would say borderline but we need a better pic.

Have you startet HRT etc? Now I'm going to be honest with you, because I guess you want honest replies since you asked.

"Do I pass?" No, you doesn't pass yet. Your body hasn't so feminine curves or forms yet. Your breast are at the good way. But rest of your body is still some what masculine, because it's goes straight down. Your chin and facial features are still masculine as well. (I considered by your profile picture too.) But some of it would change at HRT. My best tips is getting some convincing makeup and a hairstyle. A natural dark brown wig or hairstyle may suit you. If your hairstyle are more natural, your look would be more convincing and people would think it's a normal day. With much color mixed, people may think you're going to a party.

I'm sorry for the dark picture. No, I have not started any HRT yet.
I;m sorry if I sound bummed out today, the day started off pretty rough and has yet to smooth itself out.
