Hey everybody !! Im new to this forum and excited to become apart of this amazing society :D Im a 15 year old Male who has not actually hit puberty yet (no adams apple, no facial hair/body , round face , full cheeks, gets called mam or lady when on the phone with a customer service, small shoe size) and i want to stay like that and femenize myself so i dont get caught up with puberty and turn masculine. Im eating estrogenic foods (soy, flax, coffe, licorice root tea, spearmint, sqash ect ) and the only meat i eat is talapia or white chicken, and limit zinc intake. I do alot of cardio and stay hydrated and no lifting weights. Is there anything more i can do without talking hormone pills to femenize myself more? My parents dont know about me wanting this and its best if they dont know. Thanks ! Any tips would be great aswell !!
Add soy to your diet and my advice would be to think about hormones. That will make all the different in the world. There is know better time than before puberty. And if you really know you want to do this I would talk to your parents. I know that can be very hard to do. But you will be a lot happier if you don't wait. I will be praying for you. Welcome to Susan's Place. Your best option would be to come out to your parents. At your age, there is a class of drugs we call Blockers that stop your body from producing male hormones. They will halt puberty until you are old enough to add female hormones to the mix and have the full feminizing effects. Without the blockers you will produce male hormones which will counter the effect you are trying to gain. If you enter treatment now, you wouldn't have to deal with the many changes that will take place as you get older.
Blockers and HRT are the most effective treatment available and they are only available through a doctor. We will be happy to provide you with the information you need to come out to your parents so feel free to ask any questions you might have on this thread and somebody will reply to them.
We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

So if i continue with my diet will i still end up hitting puberty sooner or later ? ??? My parents just got off a tough medical bill and the loss of my fetus close to being born sibling :( so bringing this would be tough considering this is a costy procedure that requires time which my parents dont have at the moment .Im casting in commericals and playing roles as somebody much younger than my age so i can save money and use some for this purpose but as of right now i dont think i or my parents are able to do this until maybe in the next 2-3 years, but stopping my puberty would be really great if im able to accomplish that without pills :-\ is there anything like a food or herb thats a goldmine at femenizing or lowering Testoserone that im able to get ? I don't think im emotionally ready to have any masculine characteristics poping out in me :embarrassed: :embarrassed: :embarrassed: so im willing to try anything and give all my effort into this. And thankyou for the prayer , i will continue to do the same aswell so me and my parents can sort this out. ^-^
Medical insurance will often cover the cost of transitioning but you have to check the policy to see what it included and excludes. Treatment isn't cheap but much of it could be paid out of pocket. In addition, avoiding beard removal and possible plastic surgery is a worthwhile investment. I had my reassignment surgery 33 years ago and had to live with a male sounding voice because a surgery didn't exist to correct it. I spent about $7000 last summer getting voice correction surgery,
The blockers are pretty special and they weren't designed to do what they do. They were originally designed as blood pressure medication that just happened to have a strange side effect. The standard of care for children your age is to get them on the blockers as soon as possible. Should they decide not to transition, the blockers can be stopped and puberty will resume. When they reach legal age, they will be permitted to start hormones. Most of the time you need to live in the new role and be on hormones at least a year before surgery will be considered. If money is an issue, you can delay surgery until money becomes available. I was full time for a total of about 2 1/2 years because money was an issue.
Sadly there is nothing you can get your hands on that will do the job as well as a medically approved program. There are a few estrogen like compounds but the are very weak or have dangerous side effects. Even in a medically approved program you need regular blood test to make sure your aren't suffering liver damage and that the dosage isn't to small or to large. If you receive proper medical care, you will live a long and happy life. If you try some of the other alternative, you are playing with fire.
Your right :embarrassed: how much would the puberty delay pills cost ? I think i have GID and i dont know how to tell my parents and how they would take it. I get mad whenever i get gendered as a male because i feel that that's who i am or want to be. Most boys look at other woman sexually and watch adult content or touch their sex organs and ive been the complete opposite my entire life. I talked to alot of girls that were my peers and weve been very good friends and there were boys who couldn't talk to them because they wouldn't talk to them and they tell me how i "chick magnet" and i get angry at how they classify woman as if they're only a drug for men and that men cant socialize with them. I just wish to not be masculine or i wouldn't live in myself as i dont think its who i should be and do this the safest right way i can possibly do it.I honestly think that FTM transgenders behave more humane than most men out there. I thank all prayers towards my dessicion and i hope that i can transition with the help of my parents and be happy , something i havent been in a long time. Thankyou. ^-^
You show all the classic signs of being transgender and if it takes a little more to convince you, go to Youtube and request "the transition channel". This is a series of videos that will show you what therapy sessions will ask you. This will help you be more sure of your decision and maybe make you a bit more comfortable facing your parents.
One of the regrets I had was that I didn't have the option available to me that you have. At 15 there was only one hospital in the United States treating transexuals and it was no where near me. When I started treatment, I ended up in Southern California, the closest treatment I could find. By the time I was on hormones I was about 26 years old and most of the damage had been done. It cost a good deal of time, money and pain undoing what nature had done to my body and I was one of the lucky ones.
I really can't tell you what the cost is because there are so many factors involved and I was never on blockers (they didn't exist when I needed them). Common dosages are cheap, insurance reduces the cost even if it doesn't cover it and seeing your body hasn't seen much puberty yet, you may need a very small dose.
If you decide to tell your parents, we can answer your questions and provide you with an education. We have a number of letters available that you can learn from or present to your parents if you think you will have problems saying the words. We are even willing to talk with your parents if they need to talk to somebody about it. I understand some parents don't take it well and your screen name tells me a good deal about your upbringing. Sometimes religious parents accept this and other times they don't.
One thing you haven't ask that you should understand about yourself. What you have is a birth defect. Before you were born your brain wasn't exposed to male hormones at the right time and you developed a feminine brain. There is nothing that can be done to give you a male brain or fix it. The only solution available is to match the body to the brain. People fight the feeling but it never goes away unless you receive proper treatment. I haven't felt what you feel since before I had surgery. I now feel completely comfortable with my body and my life.
As for the people on the site, they are pretty friendly and helpful regardless of the direction the are going. At some point in our life, we have all felt what you are feeling which makes us brothers and sisters. Close to 50,000 people have made accounts on this site at one time or another so you have become the member of a very large family.
Make sure you ask any questions you might have. I am in Arizona and am pretty much available in the afternoon and evening hours to answer your questions. I may drop out for a short period of time but I will be back.
You are welcome and I enjoy helping you because I hope I can help you avoid some of the difficulty I faced in transitioning.
