Sorry, I don't see what's so inspiring about her. The fact that she's not a "brogrammer"? There are thousands of female programmers. The fact that she's trans? There are thousands of transgender programmers. The fact that she does diversity work in her company? Hardly revolutionary. A lot of out trans people do diversity work in their companies. The fact that she transitioned on the job? Don't a lot of us do that? Not sure what distinguishes her from so many others. Must have been a slow news day over at advocate.com.

I'm starting a company next year. Waiting for my article and resulting thread about it. ;D
