Can anyone suggest a good concealer to hide the dreaded 5 o'clock shadow at noon?
I would recommend Dermablend. It's available at many department stores as well as online. I actually went to Macy's and asked the cosmetic lady to help me pick the right shade.

MAC Full Coverage Foundation, MAC Studio Finish Skin Corrector, MAC Pro Longwear, and MAC Studio Fix plus SPF. How bad is the shaddow?
Sometimes a little red or orange lipstick under your foundation /concealer will do the trick.
Benefit erase paste concealer, and Benefit Big Easy Face Perfecter foundation. MAC and Benefit are really good "full coverage" makeups.
I use MAC Pro-Longwear Concealer with Studio FIX Liquid foundation. Then set with Studio FIX Powder. It is good for cover up on an average day. Bad day, I use the Benefit erase paste, Big Easy foundation, and Kate Von D contouring pallet. It'll pretty much cover anything short of a full beard.
If your 5 O'Clock is actually stubble, Pancake is the only real way to kill it. It'll be heavy and it's definitely going to try and clog your pores. So have a really really good facial cleansing routine.
Hope it helps!
Try a BB cream and concealer, probably $5 for both.
I use dermablend but I have to go pretty heavy if I dont color correct first. I'm a pasty white girl with dark black facial hair so it becomes even more obvious when I put on foundation (blocks out any reds and lets the blue be seen more clearly) so I have to color correct to go with anything less than heavy and full coverage. I haven't figured out layering very well yet but color correcting seems to be the answer I just have to figure out the timing and setting to get it to not bleed into my foundation...
