I was recommended by my therapist just yesterday, through Kaiser, and today I had an endo appointment in which I received my first shot, along with a prescription so I can do my own every 2 weeks. It's crazy to think that just a week ago even, I didn't expect to start T for at least another month. I'm so happy and thankful to start at my age of 15 as well, it's like an early birthday gift.
This forum has been of huge help to me as well, I've been reading off of here since I first started questioning my gender well over 3 years ago. Just wanted to share my excitement. Thanks everyone!
That's excellent. Congratulations!
I'm to scared to
inject my self lol

right you changes and
things as you notice them.
Congrats dude ;D
Congratulations man! Fantastic step to take :]

Yes...
maybe make a few photos if you like...
but take measurements...
like height... shoe size... waist size...
its likely they change over the next few months :)
hugs
Thanks everyone :)
Btw, those are good ideas Laura and Captain, I'm writing down stuff into the notepad on my phone as I type this. I also took some pictures and a video. I'm a bit nervous about having to inject myself too, but I'm sure it won't be so bad.

Trust me I was floored at how fast I started noticing changes
and yea the journal thing is good thing to show your DOC and Therapist
as well as those that you trust. I have been on for 67 days and man it's almost
too much to track, I'm loving it!
A ward of warning another reason for the notepad jotting is to
record any side effects. Basically anything that you know for a fact has
started AFTER T. I would also recommend not using
caffeine Drinks/Pills or High Amounts of Sugar until your body is used to
the T. The reason being is that T effects your sugar and so much more of how you body takes in food and the stuff you would take before will effect your system in a different manner now. I did not heed this warning and the first week was HELL for
me. Also be sure to STRETCH ... a .... LOT.
congratulations :)
Congratulation! :)
