After the first week of hrt I noticed I'm always hungry, especially sweets and carbs, even my friends noticed that. Is it OK? Should I eat less?
Here were some hints concerning nutrition:

There might be a change in taste... more savoury, or more spicy...
I'd say try to stick to healthy food :)

Your body is growing, so you'll be hungry. Progesterone kicks it up a notch.
The first three weeks on HRT I lost weight and ate a lot more foods. Then I started to gain weight and cut back on what I ate. Then ate super healthy and gained weight. Then added exercise. Then added more exercise and began to slowly lose weight. I gained 25 pounds the first 12 months on HRT. The next 1.5 years I lost 20 pounds.
I love chocolate now. I eat 1 piece per day. Do not stop eating what you love, just limit it.
In my opinion, craving carbs/sweets is not a good sign, it's a symptom of PMS, sex hormones that have dropped too low. Perhaps you aren't taking enough E to compensate for the loss of T or are you taking a progestogen, that will also trigger cravings and midly opposes estrogen.
