Is anyone familiar with nipple enlargement procedures? Unfortunately hormones have not made my nipples larger and I find it to almost be a "give away". The areola itself has grown with the breasts but not the nipple itself. :-\
Any experiences here?

Hormones haven't changed the size of my nipples either despite many years of HRT and it is a give away.......mine look like male nipples. If you get a boob job they will get bigger....
There is a suction cup type rubber devise that trains your nipples to be erect.
No, I had a breast enlargement short after SRS, no nipple enlargement tho.
I have no trouble getting the nipples erect, infact that is when they are a give away, when people can see them through your blouse.
I know there is a surgical procedure to correct this (I think it costs around $1500) so I was wondering whether anyone had had this corrected.
A lot of natal women have small nipples. It is not the "give away" you think.

that's true. don't take this as a slur, but as info: white women often have small nipples, and they look pretty good. Asian women often have smaller breasts, but jynormus nipples. and
they look pretty nice too. i wouldn't sweat it at all, if i were you. besides, i read in wikipedia that if you wear a bra, most of the time people won't even see your nipples. so, why don't you just get a bra? and furthermore,
why are you letting boys glimpse your nipples? cover yourself, child! that's like letting them get to 2nd base for nothing: like giving away 3 free dinners in a nice restaurant,
plus a movie.

Live your life as you wish, my dear, but if want to hear some solid advice, listen up: don't you ever give away
anything.
that is true for whether you are just beginning to date your boy, or if you've been in a relationship with him for more than 10 years.
Here's why. Contrary to the fact that easy girls cheapen the product across the board and make it more difficult for the rest of us, actually the opposite is true: by making it too easy for him, he might just lose interest in
you. a) he already knows what the prize is in the crackerjack, and b) you've stolen his opportunity to hunt and pursue you.
a) we girls know that the crackerjack is not really that special. and the prize is usually not that great either. but it's
fun to eat way your down to it. unless you already know what it is. then you just wanna drink some water and get that oversweet taste out of your mouth.
b) boys are hunters and, any boy can tell you that the thrill of the hunt is what really makes it all worth while. they don't even wanna eat that gamey lamb-chop unless you've really made 'em work for it.
so you see? by being easy you take away your boy's fun. and if you take away his fun, he's not gonna wanna play with you anymore.
you may say, if that's how he feels, maybe he wasn't the right one for me. wrong!
you exit the relationship when
you want to. girls have bills to pay and lots of expenses. if you're ready to move on, wait until you have another boy lined up. then the break-up is on
your schedule.
but if you let him get tired of you, it's very likely the break-up will be on
his schedule.

Nipple augmentation is a separate operation from breast augmentation.
while I am not an expert, I can attest that female nipples vary in size and shape. I've seen small round ones, and I've seen the ones that look like they may just poke your eye out from across the street. What I'm trying to say is, this is the last thing you should worry about, because everyone is different and special, regardless of nipple size :-).
I do wear a bra! I am very shy so I would prefer not to show off anything that doesn't need showing off. I'm sure all of you have seen ladies nipples show through their blouses, it happens all the time regardless of whether they are wearing a bra or not. I don't think I feel comfortable being called "easy"
Anyway, I'll leave it at that, there doesn't seem to be anyone who is familiar with the procedure. :)
Interesting, I was just talking to my friend who is just starting out and just started hormones two weeks ago about this. She's worried about her nipples (and I saw them -- but sadly they were very, very, very small -- you have no idea how small). But, for some HRT works and others it doesn't -- but many woman have small nipples.
Now, there is one thing you can do to make your nipples bigger, get them pierced. Pretty much everyone I know who had had their nipples pierced got bigger nipples from it.
I think I'm pretty lucky since mine are pretty decent, but then they were never that small to begin with. I never had male nipples, so I'm probably not the best one for advice except saying that I've seen before and after nipple piercings and they always look bigger after.

well, my A cup bra is not exactly padded, but it's pretty thick. there is absolutely no way anyone will ever see my nipples while i'm in that bra. and this type of bra is available just everywhere. i won't say that you're easy, and i didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable. and if i did, i apologize. i guess mostly i was trying to steer you away from a 1500 dollar procedure that might actually make your nipples look worse. it sounds awful to me. but that's just my opinion.

Don't laugh! but I've heard of people using a snakebite kit to enlarge the nipples. I personally have never used one, but I hear that it's very effective.(They're not to easy to find where I live) I would just like to mention that caution should be used when using any suction devices, Too much can cause problems, like tissue damage. they should never be used more than 10- 15 minutes at a time, and only twice daily.
Maybe if someone reads this that actually uses one, they might be better at explaining at what kind of results you could expect to get. ;)
I have small areoles and nipples. It's normal. Lots of women would like to have those large 'bottle pacifier' look nipples, but it's by no means a requirement, lol. No one should be able to tell your nipples from a natal woman's. Relax.
When I played poker I was never afraid to "open on guts," and so it is with my breasts and nipples: I never gave the sizes a second thought.
I have had a baseline mammogram and have been fitted for brassieres. I never felt at all strange. I removed my top and bra as needed and let the nurses and the salesperson do their work. I paid them for mammograms and bars, not criticism. Aside from that, boldness is a wonderful shield.
The first time I went for a bra fitting the woman asked me if I wanted to buy pads for hiding my nipples as they were easy to spot under my bra and top. I politely declined. I let them show because it pleases *me.*
I hope that this rambling has something in it that might help you.

The snake bit kit works, I got mine at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods area where they have the hunting & fishing stuff. When starting out you want to leave them on for 15 to 30 mins. If you get blisters stop and let them heal, use lotion before & after each use. If you are using them correctly your nipples will get very sensitive; the section cups will take a while to work but they will enlarge your nipples and is a far site cheaper than a $1500 surgery. :icon_workout:

yeah about that: someone on this site said if you take soy or other plant estogens, while on HRT, it can somehow shut down your receptors, giving you nothing. anyone else heard about that? it scares the hell out of me.

I asked doctors about this and they said a moderate amount of soy in the diet shouldn't block your receptors from the HRT estrogen. So calm your fears and continue being vegan.
Although when I went on HRT, I quit being vegan and went back to lacto-ovo vegetarian... just in case...

I just recently had breast augmentation (and ffs). One of the things I noticed after my operation was that that while my nipples have become a bit larger, they are not overly so. But they do seem to be erect much of the time. I think this is part of my healing as my areole have grown as well. I guess my skin is stretching to accomodate the increased size of my breasts. However, my nipples show through all my bras and if I don't wear bulky clothes or some sort of suit jacket my "hi-beams" as my girlfriend at work says are always seen. And exposing myself like that at work makes me uncomfortable and embarassed. I don't mind being looked at, but I don't want to be ogled.
I've tried putting gauze or toilet paper in my bra to help hide the little darlin's, but my nipples are very sensitive and anything coarse on my nipples makes me very uncomfortable.
I'll give the nipple pads a try and see if that makes a difference.

Isn't the estrogen produced by soy weaker? If so, could that estrogen bind to the receptors and prevent the stronger drug estrogens from binding?

Yes, the soy is a weaker form of E, but it's one of the more potent forms of the Phyto Es.
According to my book ( Prescription for Nutritional Healing) Phyto Es can bind to the receptors therefore blocking other forms of E to bind. Limited amounts of soy should be OK.
Just for some extra info. Phyto E is an average 20,000 times weaker than regular estrogen. Some are only 15,000 times weaker and some are as much as 50,000 times weaker, but they can compete for the receptors. Phyto Estrogens are found in many kinds of food, so I wouldn't worry to much about eating these foods. It's when you start taking supplements containing phyto E that can block receptors. The supplements are usually the stronger forms of the Phyto-Estrogens. :icon_wink:

Hi, Sandy, and congrats on the successful surgery! Enjoy it for all you can!
As I said about nipple pads, I turned them down.
My nipples have been extremely sensitive to stimulation since I was a tween-ager. I knew then that my body was wired differently.
When I began HRT I met with my second ex and she was so freakin' jealous of my nipples being hard that she was ready to kill me! She told me that hers never hard like mine were. What can I say? I lucked-out?
Nipple pads are cut to look like little "flowers" and are disposable. If it was my decision and i didn't like my nipples showing I'd go to a good lingerie or corset shop and get fitted for a bra with its own padding to allow your nipples room to be as hard as they want and show minimally under your clothes. That way you won't be putting undue pressure on them.
I suppose that my attitude has something to do with why I don't give a hoot who sees whatever they see. I did this for me and if someone likes it or doesn't like it, I fully expect to sleep tonight. And tomorrow night.
Stay well and keep that smile on!

Vacum devices intended to enlarge your nipples all work quite well, a good starter is to squeeze the nipple very hard (mildly painfull) and pull outward to your own endurance. Hold this position as long as possible, do this several times a day. It works best with any vacum device though.
Soy is only a problem in large amounts. Not because it shuts down receptors but because it is in fact a form of estrogen called soy lecithin. It has a very similar structure to human estrogens but it is roughly 1000x weaker than human estrogen. Basically it will bond to your receptors and just take up space that could be used by your natural hormones. It usually takes around 6 months for artificial plant based estrogens to get out of your system. Also soy does not increase the production of estrogens. I've been on Medroxyprogesterone for 2 years now and my nipples have been slowly getting larger breast augmentation helped make my areola larger and darker as well.
Good lord...last thing I need is bigger nipples! I have pretty much no areole but my nipples are very long and get quite pokie when cold, they have always been like this with no HRT help at all and my natural breast shape and size is like no other male I saw while growing up...of course I got teased when I was younger but I love them now! I would however like to get a BA someday to balance things out a bit.

That's pretty amazing, Michelle. Nature treated you well. I wouldn't rush into BA, if I were you. You're doing fine in the boob department, I think. I'd work one whatever other things I felt needed attention and save that for last. While I see the occasional very good BA work, it's a risky thing that, I think often leaves people with disappointing results.
I would love to have larger nipples, as I get a lot of satisfaction from mine during happy time. I keep them fairly perky using a breast pump I've had for years and I'm thinking of trying one of the dedicated devices like the Noogleberry, which has a nipple cup attachment available. I'm a believer in suction methods, but they do take time and self-discipline. I've never tried a snake bite kit, but in my part of the world we need those handy for their intended use.
~ Lyric ~
My breast and nipple growth have been abysmal. A cup is not cutting it and no nipple growth either. Luckily I always had large areolas, but I just want some actual nipple growth. My hormones have been recently adjusted upwards so if nothing over the next year then I see a breast augmentation in my future.
I have had magnificent results making my nipples larger; they are currently 1" long when fully erect and ove 1/2" long when not. I started with typical male nipples nothing special. I began by using a product called Supple Nips which is really nothing more that a little suction cup that goes over the nipple an keeps continuous suction on it pulling it out. An no, I do not work for the company that makes them nor do I receive any compensation from anyone for writing this. I simply ran across this thread and though I could help. I think there are other similar products available on the internet but you will need to do the research.
I started with the smallest ones they make and over the course of a couple years outgrew the largest ones they make and my nipples are right at 3/4" wide and 1" long. After I outgrew these I switched to using a breast pump on a regular basis to maintain and this is working really well.
This has not really affected my areola which I would love make larger so I am still investigating. A footnote, I am on estrogen and progesterone but I not believe these are a major contributor because of the timing of my nipple development.
How this helps someone
Wendy
Another way to grow nipples is to change from estrogen pills/shots/patch to estrogen cream and to put the cream on the nipples. Progesterone is an option only when the endo will prescribe it.
Jen
This is one problem I won't have. I got my nipples pierced when I was 20. After four months I couldn't stand them anymore so I took them out. There's just enough scar tissue underneath that my nipples are always standing erect and I often get asked if I'm cold. :D
Pretty funny Daisy :D
Nipple growth seems to require suction.
That's HIS job... ;)

My GCS surgeon prescribed progesterone cream for the nipples. I saw some growth after maybe 6to8 months applying it. When I got a BA that little extra allowed them to expand to typical female size. I had to go to a compounding pharmacy for the prescription.

Well, I have concentrated on nipple enlargement, using hospital grade breast pumps.
It's working, I feel so feminine and wobbly. I am up at least one cup size and my nipples have turned from pink to brown.
They are big, hard & heavy, and I need the support of a bra, plus nipple shields to avoid chafing.
Just saying.

Well, it's kind of nice looking over a popular thread that's been around for this long. It's been 5 years since I posted, so I'll update. Thanks to influencers like 2Wendy2 I've used Supple Nips (now called Supple Cups and sold on Amazon, BTW) for a couple of years. I apparently haven't kept them on as long as Wendy did, but I'm pleased with the results. Just an hour or two every few days has made my previously flat nips permanently perky and quite pleasant to have. I'm also an infrequent breast suction device user (the unbranded kind like Noogleberry, also on Amazon). I'm not hugely bigger in breast or nip, but I'm fine with slow, but permanent progress.
BTW, I miss good ole Nero, who commented early in the thread. Good luck with whatever you're doing these days, Nero.
