Breast growth is generally the most noticeable effect of estrogen, but you should find it might also reduce your libido, reduce your body hair, make your skin softer, cause baby fat to appear in different places, reduce your muscles, etc.

Facial hair slows down and for me becomes less noticeable.  But if you were shaving every day before you probably still will have to do that.

Get ready to cry!

I get PMS-like symptoms now and then. It's not a cycle, and obviously there's no menstruation. But sometimes I have "too much" estrogen in my system, and my ears ring, and I get nauseous, and I cry very easily. You might, too.

Did I mention you're gonna cry now? Hi estrogen!

You could have a look here for some effects:

You might try sublingual dissolving of pills... its supposed to be more effective and less causing strain on the liver and causing clotting factors.
For more steady levels you might split the daily dose in a few small ones instead of two big ones. This way a seesaw pattern which might affect mood might be avoided. The ups and downs might make for a menopausal like effect.

Just talk it through with your doc.
