Hi, I'm Miles, I'm 15, I'm pretty sure I'm a trans boy. I've been looking at Susan's Place for a while but never got an account until today. I'm happy to finally be here. :D
I'm not very out (a couple friends and kinda my parents, and they only know I'm "questioning") although I did tell my mom last night that I'm transgender and it went... meh, so I'm posting here. She thinks she's so supportive because she's not kicking me out of the house and she's not disowning me or anything, and she says she's willing to support whatever my identity is...
Anyway, I came out to her last night, turns out she won't recognize my identity, at least she's not kicking me out so that's great.
Hi Miles, Welcome to Susan's. Congrats on being out to your mom. I know it can be frustrating by the Luke warm response she gave you. Often their first reactions are not the ones they will have in the end. I'm glad she isn't kicking you and that your able to stay living at home for now.
