FWIW, I started HRT at the end of October, and have just started feeling some nipple soreness/sensitivity this week.
YMMV, of course.
Big congrats, Sophie!!! :)))
I wish I would be there yet. How long did it take for you from your first therapy session to getting started on HRT?
I just had my first session last week and I can't wait to finally start this journey...

Urges, unesiness, constant dysphoria!
Help me please, is this a normal step?
Hi Sophie, you can't quite every thing as you have found out it gust brings all the pain back, you have to continue down that road to the end to get past all this.

Hi Sophie,
Not sure what to tell you. If you find a solution to dysphoria without some sort of transition please let me know. After 50+ years I haven't found a solution. Everyday it seems to get worse.
Good luck,
Paige :)
Oh Sophie that was a tough break you took but understandable in that many of us feel so very good after starting HRT that we may feel we cured the dysphoria for good. Starting HRT meant I was in euphoria land for about 8 months. The real work of transition is still needed, continues and includes our coming out and socialization in what ever form works for us. For transition to continue to impact our dysphoria I believe we need to continue the therapy that is working, HRT and ?
Sadly, you are not alone in hoping, wishing and wanting a quick drug cure. I got tired enough of the drugs and wanted a permanent solution and for me that was surgical orchiectomy.
I hope you will strongly consider working with a therapist and going back on what worked once, HRT.
thank you all, all useful advices
well i stardted again tonight! thank you for you support!
YOU are worth every bit of our support and concern!
I've done the same thing twice in past years, stopped HRT because the dysphoria was gone. But it always comes back; and it comes back worse than before. It's a futile battle that cannot be won without the HRT. So you are not the only one.

Thank you sooo much for this experience!
did you finally transition?
