Hiya!

I'm planning on getting FFS with Facial Team, and was wondering if I needed medical insurance of any kind for it? :)

No you do not and I do not think they work with medical insurance. Here in the USA most medical insurance only covers you for healthcare within the USA unless it is an emergency. I have no idea how it works in the UK but patients I know who have gone there have paid cash.

So basically you're paying cash.

What you may want insurance for is any pre op tests you do before you go there. But in the UK I assume the NHS would cover that with your GP.

Medical Insurance is not needed for the surgery itself, you have to pay out of pocket for that. If there are any complications in the hospital and you need additional treatments you are covered under a Spanish Insurance while you are there.
