I've been kind of frustrated with the fact that since being on T I'm kind of sensitive down there and makes it really uncomfortable to having anything touching which makes packing really tricky. (I just use a sock and safety pin to attach, no harness or anything so I don't know if that would help).
I know people still pack after being on T and I am wondering how you make it still comfortable? (Or maybe not everybody is as sensitive as I am).
I use a harness underneath my underwear. It does seem to lift it into a slightly better position, but that may be entirely based on the style of harness.
It might also be the material of the sock you're using? If your underwear alone doesn't irritate you, that's what I'd imagine it is.
I've been trying to use the "pouch" that my new underwear has but it's still kind of uncomfortable. It's mainly just anything touching the tip.
Hmm. Is there any way that you can arrange yourself so that you're not protruding? I know it's possible with some people's anatomy, but not with others.
In lieu of that, I would consider going to buy the smallest athletic cup that you can find. That would provide a gap between you and anything else, but may not be the most comfortable thing to wear, especially with trying to pack over top of it. I imagine it would take some practice to get it to look right.
The athletic cup idea got me thinking maybe I should use an stp packer instead (since its hollow), but the ones I've seen are a bit pricey.

I find my cup shaped STP Packers much more comfy but they do tend to be pricey.
