In the last time I am thinking a lot about doing my Srs at Suporns clinic but I got mixed feelings. I don't want a classic Penile Inversion and I am really fascinated about Suporns technique but traveling to the other side of the world for an surgery gives me an uneasy feeling.
So I would like to know how your experience with him was? Is he really worth the effort? Did you had any complications after the Surgery and did you get help from Suporn with it? How well does the chonburi organ work? Are you still orgasmic, can you have orgasm by being penetrated and how good does sex with man work in general ?
I sent you a PM. Someone recently wrote about their trip to Suporn, but I don't think can be posted here.
I had a chance to have surgery with lot easier recovery done locally for free by an European surgeon who's results look better than any of north american surgeons I have seen. Because its only something you can do once, we decided to fly to the other side of the world and have three times longer recovery and get whole family in debt. Keep in mind you only have one chance at this, and do the RESEARCH about differences among techniques and consequently results.

That's not helpful for other people with the same questions as the poster :/
I don't honestly think that anyone is qualified to be specific about any surgeon. We get one shot and we don't get to try with others. Each of us will be very different in out outcome ...each of us will defend the surgeon that we chose unless there is a disaster. I can only say that I have visited them all that each of them are excellent and each of them have make mistakes. I have mentioned in other posts the best surgeons are all good.practicr makes perfect .
Thailand advantage is price and great post op service but you have to travel to a strange country. If there is a problem then the correction requires a return trip.
I chose Thailand but I have lived here.

You should choose a surgeon based on your aesthetic and functional preference in ACCORDANCE to YOUR anatomy. To explain this on my personal case.. I had a rather quite small penis , uncircumcised, and large enough and elastic (can't think a better word) scrotal area tissue, overgrown with deep settled blonde hair. Genital hair removal was a no go for my level of dysphoria... I have personal aesthetic preference for more prominent labia minors, and I dislike the labia majora made from scrotal skin, which in actualy perfect for vaginal wall. So there wasn't much thinking to be done about whether non-penile technique makes more sense for me or not. Which surgeon to choose among of those who perform non-penile inversion wasn't much difficult.. From technical details to ability to trust your surgeon 100%. (Background research on how they handle complications if something happens during surgery) . what I'm trying to say, it very personal dependant on who is the best surgeon for you. And its up to every one of us to make a well informed choice, because it is important.
to be fair from all my research these past 3 years, none of the popular NA docs do the classic penile inversion anymore. All of them have their own aesthetics and technique like Brassard with a tidy neat labia, whereas I've seen pics from Mcginn and bowers with more of an average size labia and Suporn being the most generous with the labia minora tissue. Bower's site has a few new pics from last year that show her new scar free labia technique and from what I saw the labia minora is better defined in the initial surgery. Seeing those pics made me feel at ease about deciding to not go to Thailand.

In essence it's like a high performance car. Fantastic when it works, but where as other surgeons go for reliability, suporn has gone for the absolute maximum possible performance, which means that you must be prepared for more discomfort in the healing phase and to be really careful to follow his postoperative care instructions to the letter.
He is imo the only one who meshes the tissue to gain extra depth.
And some people say with the meshing tissue might turn more easy into a mucosa.
With the presence of estrogen from hrt and possibly additionally from creams the neovagina can turn into a mucosa over time.
Concerning lubrication there are people who report a very slippery substance coming from the urethra .. with any surgeon ..
so not holding in when aroused might help.
Suporn has a few techniques put together which he makes into a bundle... many surgeons do this, its like a package.
Unique is his meshing the tissue . I saw a vid of an SRS where he puts the tissue through a drum like device where rectangular cuts are made through the tissue.
He seems to have experience in reconstructive surgery and integrated this method.
He seems to leave some erectile tissue in place which some say is more like a female arousal where there is also some erectile tissue.
Some well endowed candidates reported problems.
His philosophy seems to be its part of a natural arousal, women have erectile tissue too.
Not many surgeons do this. Many discard a lot of it, some almost all.
Suporn seems to prefer a more pronounced outer labia... and depth on average seems to be good because of a special technique...
drawback is a longer recovery and possibly painful dynamic dilation...
and some people report not so streamlined which might mean more variance and risk and some well endowed candidates reported some problems...

can you request smaller labia with Suporn?
A friend of my is recovering since five months and not able to work in the office. It will take at least 2-3 months before she can return. She is young and healthy. Be careful when choosing a method.

You can do that with any surgeon.
Just talk to them about what is realistically to be expected ...
you might tell what your preferences are.

There was a comment from a person from the UK who said they have seen persons look years older after surgery ...
was she really healthy before, no smoking , doing exercises in moderation, and healthy food ?
Food alone might make a difference ...
and sometimes its a good idea to have a bit reserves, like a small tummy ...

I don't know, but I'm not sure Suporn would agree to that. I suspect he prefers to do it "properly" and do that sort of thing in a revision. Since he keeps so much material he can improve things by taking away, whereas he couldn't do that if there wasn't enough material available. You'd have to go back though.
You can always email them. I'd be interested to find out.

Some people have complications, here's one

Its a risk from any surgeon. There's plenty from the rest.
if you want to google post op porn actresses for results
dr suporn did srs for danielle foxxx
kimber james had penile inversion in the united states and doesn't want to disclose which one since she was unhappy with the results
i have seen brassards results and would assume a revision is required but it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing on the first surgery
i live in canada and would rather pay for dr suporns technique then get dr brassards for free through government health

You can't point to a picture and say I want it to look like this. This would be impossible to achieve for any surgeon. You can and should describe your concerns, and your preferences and wishes, so a surgeon can try to come close to your expectations. But truth is outcome is largely dependent on the material that they are working with. I had smaller penile skin available, and result will be probably smaller tidier inner labia. Not as small almost minimal like with penile-inversion variations, but I definitely won't have too large labia. Still extremely swollen, but some prediction can be seen.
In the end you can always request aesthetic revision to adjust the outer appearance.

According to others results are similar many years later.
So imo it looks like a cis vagina.
After surgery there are swellings, it might take half a year until they go down.
Many people are happy with their results and leave it at a one stage procedure, unless the surgeon plans on a two stage procedure from the beginning (imo Meltzer for example).
