Title: I Want To Rock The CURV-A-Licious Look- Any Suggestions?
Post by: jessilynn on February 07, 2016, 07:20:22 PM
I dont know why I have not asked this before. It's always been on my mind to do so... Maybe it's the fact that I will be starting the Estrogen very soon. But trust me this wont be the only question.

OKAY!!!! Here goes;

Does anyone get a nice HEALTHY CURVY girl figure? I am not talking that I want to be overweight or anything... but I have always loved the curvy figure on a lady, and well I would not mind doing that for myself ^__^

I know the hormones "displace" fat so, this is the proper time to ask I guess.

It takes time. It can redistribute fat, but that will take months or longer for some of that to occur. Hugs

Hi-

As noted the process takes time.  I also found Pilates really helped too.

You can have mine XD;;

But really, I would suggest doing workouts that target your thighs, hips, and butt. Chest exercises probably wouldn't hurt, either. And if you are trying to gain weight, make sure all the extra calories you add are from healthy foods. ^_^

I'm not putting any silicone or foreign permenant objects in my body. And that does include breast implants...

Waist training will help with the hourglass figure.
