Title: Transgender workplace discrimination
Post by: Elli.P on February 12, 2016, 10:49:37 PM
Discrimination in the work place. Judge rules transgender admitting first offense sleeping on the job broke company policy for disciplinary actions. Firing for first offense broke company's 4 step discipline guidelines.

Sorry, we cannot condone or allow calls to "review" third parties on other sites, especially not when the case is yet to be fully decided.

That's fine! Thanks for the heads up, just think we as a community are to passive and should stand up for each other. Clearly no one else in this country is! Work place discrimination causes more stress and anxiety and is still legal in most states. But lets sit on our hands and hope everything will be ok.

The article actually says that there was no proof of trans discrimination, only that the defendant was dismissed without due recourse to the proper disciplinary process for misconduct (a misconduct they admitted to). :)

Ok, ok. I surrender. [emoji29] Was not looking to tell people what to think. Just trying to inspire action. Bygones!
