Tomorrow my Spiro and E dosage will be increased. I am just wondering if my side effects will by way worse or not much different? I know everyone is different, but I am just wondering from anyone's personal experience?
I have pretty much gotten used to the side effects up to this point. I have a busy weekend and I hope it won't be a miserable one is all.
Dear Mnr,
I have had 3 level increases for E and one for Spiro. All changes were pretty gradual for me. The last increase in E actually made my emotions calmer. I was expecting the opposite. Nothing about it made me feel bad, I would say it made me unpredictable to myself at times. Good luck! Moni
It will probably make things a bit more intense. If your spiro is increasing expect to be going to the bathroom more. Make sure you drink enough water.

And have enough SALT.
When I got my dosage doubled earlier this year I found myself getting overly emotional more often at first but it seemed to go away after a bit. I noticed renewed breast pain along with it all in all I am happy my doctor decided I could raise it.
It has been a week now since my I started my raised dosage. So far, the side effects are only a lil more intense. I know this is coincidence, but on the day I started the higher dosage, I noticed the beginning of breast tenderness. Yay! I have also noticed some weight loss since I first started HRT a month ago. However that could be due to dropping from 3 sodas a day to practically no soda. I drink a LOT of water, but I use the powdered flavorings. I hate straight water. Blahhh.
I would think soda is the dominating factor for weight loss. I was losing weight prior to beginning HRT based on cutting soda, and I lost a little bit more when I began probably from some muscle loss.
I just doubled my dosage in Estradiol. I am also curious about this. It has only been 2-3 days and I haven't noticed anything, but I know not to expect anything so soon.
When my dosage was increased (once so far) it basically mirrored what happened when I first started taking it. There's an adjustment period, followed by a leveling out ~2 months in and a surge in happiness/contentment levels, at least for me. That first month though...I'm going to need to get someone to keep an eye on me for the next dosage increase. I made some really poor decisions on the last one.
