Started blockers on Thursday ( YEEAHHH!!!! ) and on the slip I had to sign to say yes I want to do this, it had a warning about growing taller, if the bones are not yet fused.
I read a thing that said that 2 years after first period, that's roughly when they fuse. I am before that mark, so are there any people who know more on hormone-blocker growth or anyone who has experienced it?
I think you can still grow until you're 18, although this may be wrong. I'm turning 17 this year and I've grown around half an inch in the last few months because my T levels have increased (quite a few guys have grown with T).
Naturally I am MTF and not exactly what you are asking BUT without estrogen in my body, I continued to grow until sometime around age 20 reaching 6'2". Both sides of my family are tall but if you are starting the blockers before your bones fuse, you could approach the male side of your family.
You can still grow until your plates fuse, which doesn't necessarily occur until mid-20s in some people.
