Hello everyone. I am born male and live in Turkey.
I am 21 years old, weigh 62 kilograms and my height is 191 cm, so I am tall and slim. I am content with my innate sex, but would like to gain some thickness in my lower body while keeping my upper body as slim as possible. Bigger butt, thicker hips, calves and perhaps wider hips.
I considered hormones but they would be impossible to get where I live, and I am not trans anyway. I'm also considering using belts as a makeshift corset to alter my hip/waist ratio, since I can't get a corset and hide it without others knowing. In the long run I could get fat transfer to my lower body, but not anytime soon.
If you know of any methods / exercises / nutrients / supplements etc to help me enlarge / feminize my lower body while keeping my upper body as slim as possible, please let me know.
Thanks!
Go to the weight room and do a heavy barbell program that includes barbell squats and deadlifts. That will add mass to those places you want. Read the book, "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe for instructions on how to do it.

Welcome to Susan's Place. To be transgender is a self identification thing so it's not possible for me to diagnose you. The definition of transgender is very broad including many different items. Among them is cross dresser which you imply but don't say in your post. To help you understand this, I am providing a link to our Wiki (https://www.susans.org/wiki/Transgender) which will give you a better idea of what transgender is. If you feel you are a cross dresser, we have an area for that on the board along with the non binary area you posted this in. Let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you.
We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

I'll look into that book, thanks for the advice.
@Dena
Thanks for your interest. I'm interested in getting a thicker, more feminine lower body without developing mass on my upper body. If you have any tips regarding that, please let me know.
Cheers!
