I'm having a hard time finding flat knee high boots. Like i find some but it's not in my size. Anyone know any places? I found one boot but not sure if the boot would fit though.
Not sure where you are but in the Chicago area it's getting late to find them this season. With that said, I found 10's and 11's at Shoe Carnival and Nine West. I fine Nine West has the best selection of 10+ sizes. I also found a pair I love in the clearance rack at Famous Footwear.
If you don't mind shopping on-line try Zappos.com. I prefer trying them on first. I don't want to settle if they are not just right.

Don't know where you live. I got my boots at a store called Payless, which tends to have cheap stuff in all women's sizes up to 14.

They turn over their inventory very quickly. I've bought a number of pairs of knee high flat heel boots that I wear frequently, so I know they have them often, though whether any particular trip to the store will yield paydirt is a crapshoot.
I found that Long Tall Sallys has womens shoes in mens sizes so if you need 14 - 15 they may have what you are looking for. Most are stiletto's so if your are like me and over 6' tall 5" inch heels may not be your best bet. But boots in general for large feet are rarer than hens teeth. Now if you are looking for shoes in general up to size 14. "Shoes of Prey" will custom build you any type shoe and design you may want. They have connections with Nordstrom so you know they're good. In the neighborhood of $200 but they fit and look fabulous. Go online and build yourself a pair.
One possibility might be to look at amazon, tehre sometimes are suppliers there with large sizes.
Another one would be to get a nice shoe...
maybe even used, a shoe that looks nice and fits the foot...
and have the sole replaced with a sole that fits.
There are shoemakers who do that.
Its possible fitting is in the vicinity of 50-60 usd.
So refitting a nice used shoe might be an idea...
