Title: Phising Pay Pal email
Post by: Cindy on March 02, 2016, 01:48:35 AM
Be aware there is a pay pal announcement being sent out.

This is a phishing email trying to obtain your financial details.

Do not respond to it in any way just delete it.

It looks like this:

And just to help - PayPal will always refer to you by your name, the scammers generally only call you "Dear Customer" or similar.

Never click on links in emails! Go to PPs website and login. If PP need information they will request it then. If in question you can forward the email to spoof at PayPal dot com

You forward these to PayPal. I do that every time I get these. PayPal actually investigates them.
