I have been on hrt for 11 months now and to be honest I love how much has changed for me. Everything about my physical being is better. But there are some things that have made more of an impact than others, some were things that I did not expect.
My top three are...
1. Soft skin. I had no idea just how downright silky my skin would end up being! I do have to moisturize frequently now and got some red patches and cracked finger tips this winter but it is so worth it!
2. My hair is slowly coming back. I had lost a significant amount of head hair to testosterone poisoning. One of the first physical effects of hrt that I noticed was a tingling and itchy scalp in the first month. Since then my hair has slowly begun to get thicker. The bald spot on the back is nearly gone and the one at the front has gotten manageable to a point where I can walk around and pass without any head gear. No hats, clips or headbands. It seems like every time I decide that what I got is all I will ever have it gets better again. As always if what has come back is all there is, I wil be happy. It doesn't hurt either that the rest of my hair is curlier and silkier than it ever was in the past. My greasy hair is gone for good!
3. Smaller feet. I have gone down at least one shoe size! My feet were never big for someone my size but I had been ashamed of them since first puberty. Last autumn all of my shoes got too big for me. I was sad because I had to get rid of the shoes I had bought, my first pair of flats etc. but it did mean new shoes. I went shopping with my Mom which was wonderful in itself. My feet look perfect now! In proportion with my body. The boots I just bought at the beginning of winter have gotten big enough that I have broken two sets of laces on them already from pulling them so tight. I was also able to cram my feet into a pair of my Mom's old boots, 8 1/2 s! That hasn't happened since before first puberty. I wore them to a special event at work (ow but so worth it) a cis woman my height noticed them and got jealous enough for me to see it on her face. That was worth the neck pain alone!
What are your top three changes? Wherever you are on your journey.
I'd like to say congratulations! I love hearing positive posts!
1). Eyes. My big doe eyes.
2). Hair. Getting my hair back is a huge plus! Fingers crossed that I can ditch the wigs soon.
3). Slimming down. My clothes fit better and I'm not busting the seams on shirts or jackets.
I love all the changes to include the estrogen buzz. And the lack of BO... but those are my top 3.

Dry skin and cracked finger tips can be resolved by taking bio-identical progesterone which is a natural moisturizer in the body because it stimulates sebum (oil) production.

I don't have a top three. There are many things I noticed and that I am happy about. Breasts, skin softening, facial changes, butt and thighs, body hair reduction.
face and breasts
In no particular order after 2 years on hrt
1: My hair is now soft & silky
2: HRT has cleared up 99.9999% of my eczema & my skin is soft & silky
3: I no longer get reminders every morning about what I have down below
So I'm not on E yet but I am on spirolactone (4 months) and dutasteride (over a year) but I seem to be getting some results anyway.
Here's my favorites so far.
1) Eyelashes, they're longer and thicker and the eyelashes underneath my eyes have grown out too. Hardly had any under the eyes before this.
2) Skin is noticeably softer and body hair, including face is definitely thinning. I just like my body so much more. Some people have noticed.
3) Hair on head is slowly coming back and seems to be thicker. It takes a while though.
Honorable mention to my nipples, breasts and butt. Not too much growth but definitely better.
Take care,
Paige :)
My skin is so soft now. I think that is my favorite change. Enough that my girlfriend is envious of my skin :)
The second would be the reduction of hair on my arms and legs. Less hair, that grows shorter, is more blonde and softer.
The third thing that others have mention, is I feel more connected with my emotions. I feel like I can deal with them much easier than before.
Boobs bigger (even before augmentation) female looking
Skin softer
Hair - arms/legs + head
I'd have to say the way I feel smaller in general. I used to always feel big and muscly (even if I wasn't), which was okay I guess, I was good at lifting stuff and...um, opening jars? I don't know. But it was a little like being in an exoskeleton or something. Know that scene in Trainspotting where he sinks into the carpet? I felt kinda like that in my body, like I was really deep inside, or like there was a disconnect or something, not sure how else to explain it.
That's been starting to go away some. My body is becoming more me and less he. Or at least it feels like it even if I'm not changing that much. But for the first time I feel a bit less awkward and uncomfortable in what's ostensibly my own skin.
Mine are:
1. Reduction and slow down in body hair growth
2. Breasts
3. Increasing size of my bottom and hips
As to #3, i was thrilled when i saw slightly dimpled cellulite on the upper backs of my thighs for the first time. I'm not sure many people can say that ;D

Nope. I hate it! :(
Mainly the feel of it. ;D
But the pear shaped hips are nice.
The shape of my face
1. Boobs! I have been very happy with my breast development, they are much larger and more sensitive than I had expected prior to transition.
2.Changes in shape: my face, the countors of my legs, the shape of my tummy, all of these things have been subtle yet dramatic in their overall effect.
3. Soft skin, what isn't to love about soft skin?
1) Body shape (primarily butt/hips/legs but muscle reduction is awesome too)
2) Regrown hair (I need to post sometime; it's unreal)
3) Vascular changes (used to have very prominent veins; phlebotomists loved it... now they and I struggle to get something to work with)
1. The additional 2.5" added to my buttocks and hips. Mens trousers (when I rarely have to wear them) don't fit any linger as I have split the bottoms , so I just wear womens jeans and pants. But I rock a very short pair of Womens skinny shorts. Mind you I now look great in a tight skirt with great projection of my buttocks.
2. My beautiful soft skin, especially my face, inner thighs and buttocks
3. My 44B cup breasts
Judith
My top 3.
1. My breasts - HRT has been kind to me and given me lovely 36D breasts (no surgery - all natural). Genetics played a role as I am from a family of big breasted women. Breast growth was painful for me at times, there were days in the beginning my nipples were so sensitive, but i was told cis-women also have sensitivity during growth. I love my breasts and love to wear outfits that show off my cleavage. I was best feeling when i could fill a bra with my own breasts for the first time. I have learned that a good bra is important with bigger breasts, but I went for a professional fitting and when a bra fits right, its very comfortable. If you bra is uncomfortable, then you might be wearing the wrong size and you will be surprised how many cis-women wear the wrong size bra.
2. My hips and butt - again genetics i think played a role, as I have the same exaggerated hour glass figure as all the women in my family, but I look good in a pair of female jeans and dresses fit me well and i love wearing dresses or skirts. I saw a picture of my mother at my age and I really look a lot like her.
3. The soft glowing appearance hrt gave me - i love how my skin is softer and have a female glow to it, especially my hands, my hands look like a woman's hands. Maybe its also related to the fact i look after my skin now, as a male i did not care really. I have creams i put on my face and arms and always moisturize after shaving my legs.
3.
I'm not that long on HRT but I'm already happy with some changes:
1. My skin is softer and the oiliness is mostly gone - I really love that! :D
2. The whole time my breast are doing something and the shape is already a little bit different.
3. The constant smile on my face because I'm much happier.
Breasts... I find myself playing with them more than I should... :D
The quality of my skin. It's very smooth, pale, and soft, and makes me look like a vampire. :) However, now my face gets red and blotchy when I drink, so kind of a trade-off there.
The mental changes. I mean, the brain is physical.. so I can say that. ;D I think this is probably the biggest thing.
Feet shrinking has been nice, but my height has gone too. It's good in a way, but I lost it off my legs, meaning I have to wear petite sizes. :/ Not as cool. And really, there have been other things that are changes, but also have their downsides. Like I already had female hips, thighs, and butt... and now, especially with the change in progesterone, it's all gotten even bigger. I was cool with 42-44 inch hips, but then I got to 47 inches and I'm all like 'whoooa hold up!'. All I can say is, thank the gods for leggings and otherwise stretchy pants! Though, the flipside of that is getting used to my butt and thighs essentially being on public display...
This is by far the most ironic topic could exists!!!
Ask a poor man which dollar is his favourite *looooool"
Thats soooo funny!
I would say my face. There was another topic along similar lines and I said something about, 'meh, everything has basically sucked'. But, I was out at my parent's house one time and I saw a pic of my Mom and I from around 2000, 2001. I didn't even recognize myself in the pic. :D So, that kind of made me see things differently.
As far as my breasts go? Meh. They could certainly be larger. But, I think that genetics just isn't on my side.

A 100 dollar bill is definitely more appreciated than a 1 dollar bill. Some women prioritize more certain aspects than others. It's a valid question to ask, in my opinion.

I can ... been noticing it in the last couple of weeks, I like it, for now :)
Yes, at the 5 month mark, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a ton yet in the facial area, my lips seems a bit fuller, but not sure if that's my imagination.
Changes I'm enjoying:
Breast growth
Hair Reduction - skin smoothness
Growth on thighs and butt
Less BO.
And .... part physical, part mental .... smiling more.
